If you follow the IDC routine morning and night, some people will see results within a week on the suppleness and clarity of their skin. However, skin’s renewal takes a minimum of 28 days and this process increases over time as you age. It is therefore expected that a minimum of 4 weeks is needed to see visual anti-aging results.
