Online purchases

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a purchase made on the website or in the case of an error in your order, IDC Dermo invites you to return new or slightly used products for a full refund to your original payment method if returned within 30 days of purchase. To process the return, you must have proof of purchase and the product(s) you wish to return to:

IDC Dermo oversees customer return activities to prevent abuse. If we detect or suspect excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity, the customer responsible may be notified in writing that IDC Dermo will no longer accept any returns from them, with or without proof of purchase.

All promotional items such as free samples and gifts with purchases must be returned. In the event that you purchased a gift set, all items in the gift set must be returned. We do not refund regular goods and gift sets unless all items are returned.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).

Shipping charges are at the customer’s expense unless the return is a result of our error (defective item, incorrect item, etc). We recommend to choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Products specified as non-returnable cannot be returned for any reasons.

ALLERGIC REACTIONS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS : we don’t usually accept returns for opened items unless they are defective. Please contact our customer service before returning your product(s) by emailing us via our Contact US page. We will be happy to assist you. In case of allergic reactions, a form will be sent to you by email. This must be completed and returned with your products.

DAMAGED ITEMS : If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, and its content rendered unusable, please save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by emailing us via our Contact US page. The damaged items will be replaced.

Return policy and restrictions

  • Please allow 15 days for the return to be processed.

  • We issue a refund to your credit card (original form of payment), for the purchase price (including taxes) if the returned product(s) meet(s) the return policy criteria.

  • Returned products that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned back to the customer at the customer's expense or destructed.

In-store purchases

If you would like to return a product that you bought in store, we invite you to visit the point of sale where you bought it with your invoice and within a period of less than 30 days prior to the purchase.

Purchases made online are not accepted for return in store. Please contact our customer service to proceed with the return.
