Orders placed on idcdermo.com can be delivered to addresses within Canada and the US. We are unable to accept orders shipped to international destinations for the time being.

General information
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Packages do not require a signature upon delivery.
PAYMENT
All transactions are processed securely by Stripe to complete the payment of your order.
To keep your information secure, IDC sends you a confirmation email when you make a payment.
Please note that orders shipped to the US will be invoiced in CAD$, using an aggregate exchange rate. Furthermore, they may be subject to customs inspection and/or customs fees and duties. The recipient is responsible for the payment of customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges upon reception and refused packages will not be refunded.
