Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Packages do not require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that orders shipped to the US or international markets will be invoiced in CAD$, using an aggregate exchange rate. Furthermore, they may be subject to customs inspection and/or customs fees and duties. The recipient is responsible for the payment of customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges upon reception and refused packages will not be refunded.
