If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase made on idcdermo.com, you may return your products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund, subject to the conditions below.


Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, when possible
  • All items included in an offer (gifts, samples, bundles) must be returned in full

Otherwise, IDC Dermo reserves the right to refuse the refund or adjust the refunded amount accordingly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as final sale
  • International orders
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products with missing items from a bundle

  2. Provide your order number and the items you wish to return

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are covered by IDC Dermo, subject to prior approval from our customer service team.

IDC Dermo reserves the right to refuse coverage of return shipping fees in cases of abuse of the return policy, including but not limited to frequent, unusual, or excessive returns.

In such cases, return shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Keep the packaging and its contents

We will assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement.

  • Held or charged by customs (international orders)

In-Store Returns

Products purchased in-store or through a retail partner must be returned to the original point of purchase.

No exceptions will be made. All requests must be directed to the original point of purchase.
