Subscription Program Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview
The subscription program allows you to receive selected products automatically at the frequency chosen at the time of enrollment, helping you maintain continuity in your routine.
By selecting the subscription option and completing your order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the automatic renewal of your subscription until you modify or cancel it.
2. Subscription Benefits

3. How It Works and Automatic Renewal
When you subscribe:

- Your order automatically renews according to that frequency
Your payment method will be automatically charged at each billing cycle unless you make changes or cancel before the processing deadline.
You will receive an email reminder 5 days before the billing date of your upcoming order.
4. Managing Your Subscription
You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account. You can:
- Change your delivery frequency
- Skip or reschedule a shipment
- Pause your subscription
- Update your shipping or payment information
- Cancel your subscription
Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next order is processed to take effect.
5. Payment and Billing
Your payment method will be charged automatically based on the selected frequency using the payment method on file.
If a payment fails:
- Your order may be paused
- Additional payment attempts may be made
- Your subscription may be canceled if payment is not resolved
Applicable taxes will be calculated based on your shipping address in accordance with applicable laws.
6. Promotions and Program Use
Products purchased through the subscription program:
- Cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discount codes unless otherwise stated
- Are not eligible for sitewide promotional campaigns
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or revoke subscription benefits in cases of abusive or fraudulent use, or behavior intended solely to obtain the discount without a reasonable intention to continue in the program.
7. Shipping
Free shipping applies to subscription orders according to the policies in effect on the website.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and peak periods and cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.
8. Price Changes
Product prices may change at any time.
If a price change occurs, the new price will apply to future billing cycles. You will be notified via the reminder email and may modify or cancel your subscription before processing.
9. Out of Stock
If a product becomes unavailable:
- Shipment may be delayed
- An alternative solution may be offered
- The order may be canceled
